TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • The photos/videos created on the OnePlus Holidays trip (by OnePlus Holidays content creators or clients) are the property of OnePlus Holidays and can only be used by OnePlus Holidays Experiences for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone for advertising/commercial use without obtaining the rightful permissions from OnePlus Holidays.
  • Full payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
  • All IDs shall be verified before boarding. No boarding shall be entertained without a valid Government ID.
  • Booking transfers are not permitted. Only the names mentioned at the time of confirmation are allowed to travel.
  • People travelling with OnePlus Holidays for International travel are advised that their passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of intended travel and not damaged in any way. OnePlus Holidays does not take any responsibility for clients who book travel with passports that do not meet this requirement. The client is responsible for ensuring that their passport is valid for the required period before making any travel bookings through OnePlus Holidays. Any denial of entry at immigration and any additional cost arising out of alternate arrangements for deportation has to be borne by the travellers.
  • No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.
  • Travelers must take care of their luggage and belongings. The management is not responsible for any damage or missing items during the tour.
  • The time of Departure is stated and fixed. All travellers must update their status with the Trip coordinator(s) and report at the pickup point 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
  • The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to turn off the AC as and when required, considering the travellers’ safety and ease of travel along uneven and dangerous routes.
  • Our time of departure is fixed must depart by the stated time & keep their status updated with the trip coordinator(s). Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the scheduled departure.
  • Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns.
  • OnePlus Holidays is a modern travel community that organises and arranges adventure trips, Wildlife Tours, Wellness Tours, & Van tours globally, with the risk of accidents, loss of life, bodily injury, financial repercussions, etc. Neither the OnePlus Holidays nor its agents or affiliated entities shall be responsible or liable for any accident, bodily injury, illness or death, loss, or damage to baggage or property, or for any damages or claims whatsoever arising from loss (including loss of possessions and loss of enjoyment), negligence or delay from the act, error, omission default, or negligence of any person, not its direct employee or under its exclusive control.
  • No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. We are a cordial travel community, and we aspire to bring you a hassle-free and memorable experience. OnePlus Holidays reserves the right to take appropriate action, including verbal warnings, mediation with a trip captain, or even removal from the tour at the traveller’s own expense.
  • OnePlus Holidays is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or expenses indirectly incurred in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, machinery breakdowns, weather conditions, landslides, political closures, or untoward incidents.
  • If a participant is injured or ill during the tour, external evacuation/transport services may need to be engaged to safeguard the participant’s health. In such a case, any additional cost arising from making such arrangements will have to be borne by the concerned participant/participant’s family.
  • We do not provide insurance policies to cover expenses related to sickness, accidents, or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons.
  • Numerous factors, such as weather and road conditions, the physical ability of participants, etc., may alter the itinerary. We reserve the right to make necessary changes in the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort and general well-being!

Force Majeure

  • For the purposes of this Agreement, “Force Majeure” refers to any event or circumstance that is beyond the reasonable control of a party, including but not limited to acts of God (such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, and fires), war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, lockouts, or other labour disputes, or any other unforeseen event that renders performance of the contract impossible or impracticable.
  • Notification: In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, One Plus Holidays shall promptly notify the client in writing or otherwise of the nature and extent of the Force Majeure event and the anticipated impact on performance under this Agreement.
  • Suspension of Services (Tour/ Activity/ sightseeing/ performance): Upon notification of a Force Majeure event, the obligations of One Plus Holidays under this Agreement shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event. One Plus Holidays shall use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the Force Majeure event and resume services as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Rescheduling and Adjustments: If a Force Majeure event impacts the travel arrangements or services provided, the travel company shall, where feasible, offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling options to the client. The client shall bear any additional costs or changes arising from such adjustments.
  • Termination: If the Force Majeure event persists for a period beyond defined days, One Plus Holidays will reserve the right to terminate all services, and the refund/ cancellation of payments will be based on mutual agreement by One Plus Holidays and the client
  • Limitation of Liability: Neither party shall be liable to the other for any delay or failure in Service resulting from a Force Majeure event. The parties agree that in the event of a Force Majeure event, neither party shall be entitled to any compensation or damages for any loss, delay, or inconvenience resulting from such event.
